This game was another Kickstarter darling that somehow made 900 of its 4,000 goal. To begin, the game feels a bit grindy in the fact that most battles are random encounters. If you ever wanted some more classic Pokémon-esque collect-a-thon RPGs, well then look no further.SOEDESCO along with Studio Aurum have teamed up to create Monster Crown, coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019. Throw in some rather unbalanced moves like status effects that just melts a health bar, and players will learn they can exploit a lot of battles here. To be honest, it makes the game a bit easy in some aspects because of how the synergy works. There are 200 species of monster in the game but they can be crossbred to create over 1,200 (!) different types.
